Balasubramanian Ganeshraman

Footlocker Balasubramanian Ganeshraman is an analytically driven professional with a Master’s in Business Analytics from Pennsylvania State University and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (minor in Digital Marketing). With 2+ years of experience in data analytics, strategic consulting, and project management, he has delivered measurable cost savings and revenue growth by collaborating with technical teams and leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python. At KPMG, Balasubramanian led internal audits across sectors including manufacturing, aerospace & defense, mobility, and pharmaceuticals, covering processes like Procure-to-Pay, Production, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, and statutory compliance. He also actively trained teams on analytics tools and championed data-driven decision-making.
Hafid Mohadi
Production Technologist
Schlumberger Limited Hafid Mohadi is an experienced Oil & Gas Field Engineer with 6+ years at Schlumberger, specializing in upstream operations. Currently an MBA candidate at Penn State Smeal (Class of 2025) and pursuing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at UT Austin, he combines technical expertise with advanced business and tech knowledge. Fluent in Malay, English, and Spanish, Hafid has lived in three countries and traveled to over twenty. Passionate about new technologies, he also enjoys photography, motorcycling, rugby, and connecting with people globally.

ICICI Bank Seema Mishra is a data-driven professional currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. She holds a Global MBA from Antwerp Management School and a prior degree from XIMB. Seema began her career as a finance consultant at Reliance Jio and later contributed to ICICI Bank, building expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and advanced data analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and Python. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply committed to social causes, volunteering with Jeevan Jyoti Ashram and the Uday Foundation, and is an accomplished classical dancer with four state-level awards.
