Maryland Applied Graduate Engineering (MAGE) is the practice-oriented graduate education arm of the A. James Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, designed for early career, working engineers and technical professionals. It offers Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and Graduate Certificate in Engineering (GCEN) degrees through coursework-based programs that do not require research or a thesis to complete. With 19 programs total, including 14 online program options, MAGE spans high-demand fields like Aerospace Engineering, Cybersecurity, Robotics, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Artificial Intelligence.
