Blair Fraser
Director of Career Advising and Coaching
University of California, Irvine Blair Fraser is the Director of Career Advising and Coaching at the Merage School of Business, where she has led career services programming since 2018. Blair is responsible for career advising for specialty master’s programs, including Master of Professional Accountancy, Master of Science in Business Analytics, Master of Finance, and Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She plays a key role in employer relations, ensuring talent access across all programs. Blair also focuses on data collection, employment outcomes reporting, and implementing technology solutions to streamline operations, including virtual career fairs and engagement analytics tools.
Lindsay Haberman
Associate Director, Recruitment & Admissions, Full-Time MBA
University of California, Irvine Lindsay Haberman joined the Paul Merage School of Business in April 2015 as a Program Coordinator for the Fully Employed and Executive MBA Programs. From there, she moved over as the Admissions Coordinator for our Full-Time MBA Program and handled the full application cycle for new incoming students. Lindsay then became the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Full-Time MBA Program. Her main responsibilities included recruitment, event management and marketing. Currently, Lindsay is the Associate Director, Recruitment & Admissions, for the Full-Time MBA. Prior to the Merage School, Lindsay worked in the banking industry for over 15 years, her roles included business development, relationship management, sales, and management. Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication studies from California State University, Long Beach.
