George Washington University Brittany Wright, Executive Director, Graduate Studies & International Programs As the Executive Director of Graduate Studies and International Programs, Ms. Wright implements a comprehensive graduate enrollment management strategy for all on-campus graduate programs at the at the George Washington University School of Engineering & Applied Science. This includes the development of data-informed recruiting and marketing efforts, overseeing all aspects of the admissions process and managing academic agreements with key international partner institutions. Ms. Wright also manages the professional advising and student services efforts that are designed in conjunction with academic departments to improve retention, increase student satisfaction and maintain accurate student records. Ms. Wright manages the Office of Graduate Admissions & Student Services (OGA), a team composed of ten professional and administrative staff members along with student workers and graduate fellows.Katherine Hugins
