Sining is particularly interested in how AI moves beyond prediction to support real-time decision-making in finance and economics. He integrates generative AI and experimental methods into his courses, encouraging students to think critically about the ethical and strategic implications of emerging technologies. Before joining Weatherhead, she served as the director of Graduate Recruiting & Admissions at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. Stutsman y Marquez is known for her strategic approach to student recruitment and her dedication to fostering a dynamic and inclusive academic community. A former competitive college volleyball player, she also coached NCAA Division I women's volleyball at Dartmouth College and the University of Hartford. Originally from Taos, New Mexico, she brings a deep commitment to education and service, inspired by her family's legacy in these fields.
