Prof. Marc Moyers
Clinical Associate Professor Director of the Master of Accounting Program
William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business Prof. Moyers brings 38 years of experience with the international public accounting firm of KPMG. He served in a number of leadership roles including National Sector Leader for the Private Equity industry practice and Office Managing Partner. His industry experience includes investment companies, consumer and industrial businesses from manufacturers to distributors to retailers, as well as food and beverage clients. During his career, Moyers has had significant involvement with M&A transactions, including due diligence, and assistance with various types of SEC filings, including initial public offerings. At W&M, Prof. Moyers teaches Advanced Auditing and leads the MAcc Financial Markets Trek.

William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business Melissa Walters is the Associate Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Master of Accounting (MAcc) program at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Based in Williamsburg, VA, she brings diverse experience from prior roles at the University of Valley Forge, Eastern University, and Huntington Learning Centre.. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Delaware Valley University.
