Professor
University of Michigan - Ross School of Business Felipe Csaszar is a professor of strategy and chair of the Strategy Department at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. His research examines how decision structures influence key organizational outcomes, such as innovation, financial performance, and social impact. He focuses on three types of decision structures: managers' cognitive frameworks, organizational decision-making processes, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in decision-making. An award-winning educator, he has taught executives and MBAs around the globe. Prior to joining the Ross School of Business, he was an assistant professor of strategy at INSEAD. He received his PhD in strategy from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Before pursuing his PhD, he was head of research at an asset management firm and CEO of an Internet startup.

University of Michigan - Ross School of Business Michelle Pava is the Senior Associate Director of Admissions at the Ross School of Business, where she leads Diversity Recruiting for the Full-Time MBA Program. In this role, she builds and strengthens partnerships with key organizations such as Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), The Consortium, and Access, ensuring Ross continues to foster a vibrant, inclusive community. Before joining Ross, Michelle earned her BBA in Finance from Florida International University and built a successful career in audit and risk management, working with global firms including PwC and Royal Caribbean. After six years in the corporate sector, she transitioned into higher education, where she brings her professional expertise and passion for supporting students to every interaction. Michelle encourages prospective students to embrace their stories with confidence: “You are your own biggest critic—don’t let imposter syndrome hold you back from what you deserve.
