World Education Services(WES) Abhinav Jana (who goes by AJ) has been with WES for six years and brings a unique perspective shaped by both personal and professional experience. Nearly a decade ago AJ left his home country of India to pursue a master’s degree at NYU, navigating the complexities of credential evaluation and immigration firsthand. AJ deepened his credential evaluation experience when he moved to Canada and obtained an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for immigration purposes. At WES, AJ leads digital marketing initiatives and plays a key role in developing outreach strategies for international audiences. His work is informed by a personal understanding of the applicant’s experience and a commitment to making the credential evaluation process more accessible and transparent. AJ regularly presents webinars and collaborates with partners across the U.S. and Canada to support students, professionals, and institutions seeking to leverage international education.

Product Manager
World Education Services(WES) Ayobami is a Product Manager at WES, bringing over eight years of experience in driving product strategy and innovation. His career spans impactful roles at American Express and a fast-paced early-stage startup, where he developed a strong foundation in delivering customer-centric solutions. With a unique academic background that includes an MS in Environmental Science and a PhD in Biochemistry, Ayobami brings a deeply analytical and research-driven perspective to product development. He is also passionate about mentoring aspiring product leaders and has taught Product Management to professionals transitioning into the field. Outside of work, Ayobami enjoys spending time with his kids and exploring a wide range of interests from nature and fashion to politics, science, and car shows on YouTube.

Credential Evaluator - Exception Specialist
World Education Services Oumar Sanga is a Credential Evaluator - Exception Specialist at World Education Services (WES). His primary expertise lies in educational policy analysis and international credentials evaluation. His expertise spans across Commonwealth Africa, the Caribbean, and Francophone countries, where he diligently examines and assesses educational systems, policies, and qualifications and processes non-precedent cases that require country-expert advice and counsel related to the credential evaluation. Through his meticulous research and analytical skills, Oumar has played a crucial role in facilitating the recognition and understanding of academic credentials from Francophone and Commonwealth Africa and Caribbean regions. With a passion for promoting educational equality and supporting individuals in their pursuit of global opportunities, Oumar's contributions at WES have had a lasting impact. Through his work, he continues to bridge gaps and provide invaluable insights that facilitate the international mobility of students, professionals, and skilled immigrants. Oumar Sanga holds Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and master’s in public administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York.
