Global Partner Manager
King's College London - Business School Martin Matos is the Global Partner Manager at King’s Business School, part of King’s College London. In this role, he leads international recruitment efforts, building and managing partnerships around the world to attract talented students from diverse backgrounds. He focuses on shaping the student recruitment lifecycle for international markets, from outreach and engagement through to applications and enrolment, helping prospective students navigate their options and find the right programme at King’s in London. Martin regularly hosts one-to-one guidance sessions for applicants and offer-holders, offering advice on programme choices, funding, and student life. His work centres on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with educational agents, global institutions, and networks that create opportunities for international students. Through these collaborations, he supports pathways for students worldwide to access King’s Business School programmes. Driven by a commitment to diversity and global access, Martin aims to recruit future business leaders from all regions and backgrounds, helping ensure that students not only gain admission but are well supported to succeed in an international academic environment.
Aneeka Dosanjh
Career Consultant
King's College London - Business School Aneeka is a Careers Consultant in King's Business School, where she blends her experience across finance and coaching to support undergraduate business school students with their career journeys. Aneeka holds an ICF accredited coaching diploma. She previously worked for BPP, a private provider for qualifications for professionals, where she supported finance apprentices to complete professional finance qualifications whilst also achieving their career goals. She supported apprentices at a range of firms across the UK, with many working for the Big Four accounting firms. Additionally, Aneeka supports finance professionals with their career development. She offers coaching support in a range of areas such as confidence, career transitions and achieving career goals.This online masterclass introduces prospective students to how King’s Business School equips graduates with the in-demand skills employers are looking for. The session will highlight the practical, experiential learning opportunities embedded across KBS programmes, including micro-internships, consultancy projects, and incubator/accelerator initiatives. Attendees will gain insights into how students apply theory to real-world challenges, develop career-ready skills, and leverage employer partnerships. The session will also showcase alumni success stories and clear career pathways, giving participants a tangible sense of the outcomes and opportunities available. A live Q&A will allow attendees to ask questions about the programmes, skills development, and career prospects. This session is ideal for prospective students interested in understanding how KBS supports professional growth and prepares graduates for the global job market.
