With over 11 years of prior experience in hotel marketing and business development, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and creativity to the education sector. SMU Adya Rastogi is an MSc in Management (MiM) candidate at Singapore Management University (SMU) with a strong foundation in marketing, leadership, and social impact. She currently works as a Marketing Intern at CloudsineAI in Singapore, building on prior experience at Airtel Business, where she contributed to B2B marketing campaigns, digital communication strategy, and event content creation for IMC 2024. Adya has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the President of Enactus SVC, spearheading sustainability-driven projects and empowering artisan communities through initiatives like Project Fankaari. Her roles across marketing, project development, design thinking, and operations highlight her ability to drive impact-driven solutions. With additional experience in HR, creative direction at TEDxSVC, and community engagement, she brings a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and purpose-led execution to every role she takes on.

SMU At 25, I’ve embraced the idea that my 20s are a time for discovery, growth, and new opportunities. After graduating with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) in 2023, I realised my passion for business management and strategy was calling me, leading me to transition from law to business. Currently, I am pursuing a Master in Management at Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business. I am excited to expand my knowledge, engage with a diverse cohort, and explore new areas of growth.I look forward to the opportunities ahead, learning from industry leaders, and working toward making meaningful contributions to both business and society.

SMU I’m a business operations professional passionate about optimizing supply chains and driving data-driven decision-making. I currently work at Dyson as a Global Supply Chain Graduate, where I’m gaining exposure to areas such as strategy and transformation, procurement excellence, and logistics operations through rotational stints across global teams. Before Dyson, I worked at HP Singapore, managing planning operations for the ink manufacturing plant that generates over $40M in annual revenue. My role involved cross-functional collaboration with regional teams across the US, Ireland, Czechia, and Malaysia - ensuring production continuity, process improvement, and effective use of digital planning tools like SAP and Power BI. I’ve also worked part-time with Apple as a Specialist, where I developed a strong understanding of customer experience, technology ecosystems, and stakeholder communication. My earlier technical foundation comes from my time at SCIEX, ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced analytical instruments. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics from University College Dublin and am currently pursuing my MBA at Singapore Management University, focusing on operations, strategy, and digital transformation. At the intersection of technology, analytics, and business, I’m driven by the challenge of building resilient, sustainable, and efficient supply chains that can adapt to an evolving global landscape.
