Ivey Business School at Western University Apourv Pandey is a Senior Consultant at Proudfoot in Toronto with experience spanning consulting, operations, and large-scale resource projects. Prior to consulting, he worked as a Manager at Coal India Limited, where he led operational improvements, supply chain initiatives, and stakeholder management for major mining projects. Alongside his professional career, he mentors MBA aspirants globally, helping candidates navigate applications, resumes, and interviews—many of whom have secured admissions and scholarships at leading schools across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. His diverse experience also includes research and field roles in the energy and geosciences sectors, as well as consulting and teaching engagements.
Shreya Gupta

Ivey Business School at Western University Shreya Gupta joined Infrastructure Ontario’s Commercial Advisory and Strategy Group in July 2023. Her career began in bioscience research before she transitioned to the ad-tech sector, where she managed European vendor accounts and focused on customer-centric solutions within a global retail-technology organisation. She moved to Canada from India in 2022 to pursue an MBA at Ivey Business School in London, Ontario. Following graduation, she joined Infrastructure Ontario, where she served as the Broadband One-Window (BOW) lead for the Accelerated High Speed Internet Program. She now contributes to the Digital Twin Enablement team by supporting BIM mandates and data standardisation initiatives. Shreya is naturally curious and enjoys examining small details that reveal deeper drivers behind situations at hand. She believes that the right mindset enables continuous learning and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, staying active through swimming, sailing, squash, and yoga, and exploring new sports, places, and cuisines.
