Associate Director - Graduate Recruitment

University of San Francisco Ramya Nurani brings extensive experience in graduate recruitment and admissions to her current role as the Associate Director of India, Graduate Recruitment at the University of San Francisco, where she has been leading strategic outreach efforts since July 2024. Before this, she served as the Assistant Director at XED from September 2023 to May 2024, collaborating with academic institutions to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. From 2019 to 2023, Ramya was a key member of the Indian School of Business team, serving as Regional Manager in Admissions and Outreach. During her 4+ years there, she played a pivotal role in leading recruitment and outreach activities, forging valuable relationships, and enhancing the institution’s presence in various regions. With a passion for higher education and global recruitment, Ramya continues to focus on expanding opportunities for prospective students while nurturing strong institutional partnerships across India and internationally.
