His research interests include AI and Augmented Intelligence, gamification, and online social platforms with a focus on how human-technology interaction designs affect engagement and outcomes. He is the academic director for the MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) program at the Carlson School and teaches analytics and information systems courses at undergraduate, master, and PhD levels.
