Daniel Richer
Executive Director of Enrollment Strategy
Worcester Polytechnic Institute Daniel Richer is an experienced educational leader with expertise in enrollment management and student recruitment. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Enrollment Strategy at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a role he has held since July 2023. Prior to this, he was the Dean of Admission and Advancement at St. Thomas Aquinas High School (2020–2023) and Director of Recruitment and Admission at Northern Essex Community College (2016–2020), where he led recruitment operations across multiple campuses. Daniel holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.A. in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. He is skilled in developing efficient office protocols, advancing institutional missions, and supporting high-achieving students.Amanda Laungani
Director - Heebner Career Development Center
Worcester Polytechnic Institute Amanda Laungani is an accomplished career services leader with over 10 years of experience at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). She currently serves as the Director of the Career Development Center, a role she has held since February 2022. In this capacity, she leads the department’s strategic and operational efforts, overseeing staff, enhancing employer relations, and fostering collaboration across campus to support the career development needs of students and alumni. Previously, Amanda served as the Interim Director of the Career Development Center (2021–2023) and the Associate Director of Career Services and Co-op (2018–2023), where she focused on providing students with programs and services to enhance their career preparation. Amanda holds an M.S. in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, where she graduated with a 3.96 GPA and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. She is dedicated to advancing career development practices and improving outcomes for students at WPI.Adeniyi Talabi
